As our office manager, Melissa ensures everything in our practice runs smoothly and that our clients receive excellent service. She coordinates schedules, makes sure clients get connected with the right people on our team, and provides administrative support throughout the strategy process. With more than 10 years at the firm, Melissa is skilled at anticipating the needs of our clients and team, and she provides timely, attentive service that empowers those around her to focus on what they do best.
Melissa is married to her high school sweetheart and husband of more than 30 years, Joel. They have two children: their adult son Daniel and their daughter Erin, who they lost to a car accident when she was 19. Melissa is very active in their church, and in her spare time, she enjoys quilting, sewing, traveling as much as she can, and autocross racing. She also loves spending time with her two dogs, Lee Roy Brown and Sadie.
